Exhibitor Move-In

All exhibit spaces must be completely installed with all boxes & debris cleared of the booth and aisles. Empty Boxes you will need at the end
of the show must be tagged with Veterans Expo Group “EMPTY” Stickers and stored no later than 2:00 PM on Sunday,
05/31/2026 You will incur a $35.00 fee for this service if you are not paying Material Handling, Should you need assistance,
booth set-up labor can be contracted in advance through Veterans Expo Group to insure your exhibit space is complete.

Show Dates

Exhibitor Move-Out

All materials must be packed, properly labeled, placed within your booth space, and ready for shipment by 6:00 PM on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. Exhibitors utilizing carriers other than Logistics and Moore are responsible for coordinating their outbound shipments directly with their selected carriers. Carriers must check in for loading no later than 5:00 PM on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. All freight must be picked up by 6:00 PM on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. Any freight remaining after this time will be recon signed to the Official Show Carrier, Logistics and Moore, issued a new tracking number, and all applicable shipping charges will be billed to the exhibitor. Please plan and make the necessary outbound shipping arrangements in advance.
